	VSBA is a 30-person office whose principals and senior architects are involved in each major project from beginning to end. Instead of a system in which a project is handed off to various departments at different stages of the design, our "one-team" method promotes a consistent, knowledgeable, and dedicated project team. In addition, our collected expertise is shared throughout our office.
	Several of VSBA's senior associates have been with the firm over 20 years, and they're supported by a staff of registered architects, planners, interns, and administrative staff. For each of our projects, a project manager handles the day-to-day organization, working directly with principals and assigning additional staff architects as needed.
